CoRe is written in Perl. It is cross platform compatible and will run on Windows servers, Apache on Windows and Apache on Linux. Any reasonable server will suffice as a platform. The limiting factor is the amount of space you need for your content.
Installation can be undertaken by anyone reasonably competent with the relevant server. Remote installation by us at no extra cost is also offered.
It is compatible with Internet Explorer 6.0 and 7.0 and Firefox 2.0
