The Content Submitter is an easy to use way of uploading files and adding metadata to them to create IMS Content Packages. As well as single files the Submitter can handle zips of HTML files with a single start page e.g. mini websites. URLs can also be added, whether of remote sites or within your institution.
Much of the metadata generation is automated e.g. mime types, dates. The user is left with a simplified LOM Application Profile to complete.
Reviewers can be assigned to check submissions and edit them.
